- 550 g water
Preparation
- Place pumpkin and water in mixing bowl, cook 18 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add cashew nuts, start Blend
/1 min. Serve hot.
Hints & Tips
- For savory pumpkin soup, place 400 g pumpkin, 50 g onion and 550 g water into mixing bowl in step 1. Replace cashew nuts with 6 g chicken stock powder or 3 g salt and 1,5 g ground black pepper in step 2.
