About Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille
Chef Nathalie is a long time user and evangelist of Thermomix®. She started her culinary career as a hobby 15 years ago and has since become an widely awarded Chef, winning accolades such as ‘Chef of the Year’ by Time Out Magazine, Malaysian International Gourmet Festival winner, and also received the prestigious Insignia of Knight of the Order of Merit by the Ambassador of France, in recognition of her beautiful representation of the French gastronomy in Malaysia. Specialising in innovative modern French fusion cuisine, this is the first time she is working with Thermomix®.
About Olivia Tan
The lovely Olivia authored and launched the Chinese Flavours cookbook for the Thermomix® community in 2017. The cookbook, with its simple instructions to cook everyday Chinese homestyle dishes quickly became a hit and has since won shelf space in mainstream bookstore MPH and even public libraries. In her second cookbook, Olivia shares her passion to prepare beautifully crafted, tasty and nutritious food for young children. Being a mother and a nutrition advisor, she understands the importance of good eating habits have to start from young. To avoid allergens, childhood symptoms related to dietary and nutrition, the cookbook has professional advice from renown Malaysian Pediatrician, Dr Altaf Hussain.
