Terms & Conditions

Delivery 

1. Delivers to whole of Selangor, KL + Putrajaya (Excluding Hulu Langat, Kuala Selangor, Kuala Langat, Sabak Bernam, Sepang (but covers Cyberjaya), Rawang, Semenyih, Port Klang, Sungai Buloh, Banting) 

2. Shipping Fee: Flat Rate RM10 (1 order 1 location only) 

3. Delivery from Tuesday to Sunday, except Monday and Public Holidays. All orders created before 10PM will be delivered from 4PM to 10PM on the next working day. If the order is placed on Sunday, it will be delivered on the following Tuesday. 

4. Any changes in the delivery details for a specific day such as, but not limited to, address and phone number shall be made before 12PM of that day. Thermie Grocer reserves the right to additional charges from the customers for changes made after 12PM.

5. Customers will be notified prior to delivery time to ensure someone is available to receive the order. Rearrangement of the order will be done if failure to pick up delivery call. 

Ingredients

All ingredients are prepared as shown at https://thermomix.com.my/thermiegrocer/.
The ingredients are weighed before processing and packaging, it may vary slightly from the recipe. 

Order Processing & Payment 

1. The Company will only process orders received via this Order Form. 

2. All payments must be made via Bank Transfer to True Mix Sdn Bhd’s  CIMB:  Current A/C No: 86-0007-0007.

3. RM5 low order surcharge will be added to the total payment if order is below RM65.   

4. Orders outside delivery coverage area will not be processed. An admin fee of RM10 will be imposed for refunds. 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to hold or cancel any order after payment has been made. Customer will be notified at a reasonable time. Situations may include any of (but not limited to) the circumstances listed below:

•the item ordered is not available; or

•payment was not received in full; or

•payment information could not be verified; or

•the order cannot be shipped to the address provided; or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company not listed above.

Return & Refund 

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Any complaints in relation to the products delivered such as the freshness of the ingredients shall be made within 24 hours of delivery by WhatsApp text to +6014 242 4674. Thermie Grocer reserves the right not to entertain the aforementioned complaints made after 24 hours due to the perishable nature of the products. Only the recipe’s defective ingredient(s) will be refunded in full upon complete investigation. 

Security of Information

While we use our best efforts to protect the security of transmission of information over the internet, we do not guarantee or warrant that any transmission of any data over the internet as totally secure. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. However, we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of any information that you have provided to us.
