3 stalks of lemons, cut into 4 pieces
400 g ice cubes
20 g lemongrass ,cut
60 g sugar (adjust according to taste)
800 g brewed black tea (room temp)

  1. Place the lemongrass, lemon, ice cubes and sugar into the mixing bowl, blend 6 sec / speed 6
  2. Add 800g tea into the mixing bowl, use the simmering basket to strain

Ingredients:

1 kampung chicken (chopped into 8 pieces)
1 metal plate
1 rice bowl
1600g water

Preparation

  1. Place rice bowl wide side facing down the metal plate. Arrange the chicken around the bowl.
  2. Place the whole plate into the varoma dish.
  3. Steam for 90mins/Varoma/Speed 1
  4. Remove chicken pieces. Hold the rice bowl firmly onto the metal plate & turn it over.
